Items normally ship from the Plushible/OrangeOnions Warehouse located in Cleveland, OH within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday – Friday excluding all national holidays.

Plushible will ship orders weighing less than 1lb. to PO Boxes within the 48 contiguous United States via USPS Mail. For all PO Box orders that weigh more than 1lb, estimated delivery time will be delayed until a physical address is given.

PLEASE NOTE: When your buddy has left the building, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation from Plushible with a FedEx or USPS tracking number so you can easily keep tabs on their journey. 

International Shipping Powered by Bongo International Checkout

Does your loved one live outside of the country? No worries! We’ve partnered with Bongo International to make sure our international customers get some love too. Instructions for completing international are laid out below.

1. At checkout, fill out the required information on the Shipping Information page.

2. Choose your international destination from the country dropdown menu.

3. After you select your country and move on to the next stage of checkout, you will be shown available shipping options.

4. When you select your preferred method, you will automatically be transferred to Bongo’s Secure International Checkout Page where they will lay out international shipping costs and any duties or taxes needed for your shipment.

5. Hooray! Now that your order is complete, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. 

Plushible and Bongo will handle the rest! We’ll ship your gift to Bongo’s Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport it to the international address you provided. The best part is that there are not additional fees or registration processes with this service!

Returns

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your order, don’t worry! Our return process is fast and simple:

1. Fill out and submit our online RETURN FORM. Be sure to include the reason you’re returning.

2. Receive a Return Authorization from our Customer Service Department.

3. Ship your item back to us! The return address will be included with your Return Authorization.

4. When your return arrives at our offices, you will be sent your replacement item or be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

NOTE: Please DO NOT ship items back to us if you haven’t received a Return Authorization from our Customer Service Department. Return requests must also be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date, as we do not accept returns or offer replacements after 30 days. Be sure to ship your returns to Plushible.com within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization.

If your product is under warranty, please return it to the Manufacturer’s Warranty Center rather than Plushible.com. Or, if you’re returning a product due to missing pieces or because it isn’t working properly, please review the owner’s manual or other information contained in the product packaging for warranty information.

All merchandise must be returned in unused, sellable condition, including its original packaging materials, to ensure that you receive credit. We at Plushible.com want to properly assess the issue you may have experienced, so we inspect all returned items and reserve the right to award only a partial refund or store credit for opened or used products.
